Block Enterprises ships to addresses within the United States. We aim to get your order to you quickly and to keep you informed the whole way.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time & carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, so you always see the exact cost before you pay. From time to time we offer free shipping over a stated order value; when we do, it’s shown on the site.
Problems with a delivery
If your tracking hasn’t updated, an item arrives damaged, or a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email us at support@blockenterprises.store within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll make it right.
