Products & pricing

We do our best to describe and picture products accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price you’re charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; a confirmation does not guarantee acceptance, and we may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud), in which case you are not charged or are refunded in full.

Payment

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these terms.
